Copeland Boyd – President/Owner
Copeland formed COC in 1992 as a part time business venture that allowed her to stay home with her children. A mom to five, her children have grown (the last one graduating in 2014), and so has the company…now serving well over 100 clients ranging from small office suites to high-end retail showrooms.
An Atlanta native, Copeland is a graduate of Mount Vernon Christian Academy in Atlanta, Georgia and earned her degree from Wake Forest University. She has been active in supporting public education for years serving as a PTA Board Member for several local schools. Copeland and her husband Britt couldn’t be happier living and working in the Atlanta area.
Laurie Henson – Quality Assurance Manager/Director of Client Services
Laurie joined Corporate Office Cleaning almost 8 years ago. She decided to leave her teaching position to pursue a career with our growing company and we are glad she did! With 15 years experience in the janitorial industry, Laurie has an eye for detail and insists on perfection! In addition to training new team members, Laurie is in charge of property inspections and is in contact with property managers, board presidents and office managers on a daily basis. Our clients treat her like family and are comfortable calling her cell phone if they need anything at all. Her most important roll is mother of one daughter and three sons and grandmother to 6 precious girls and 1 handsome boy.
Chris Turgeon – Maintenance and Training Supervisor
Chris joined us almost 4 years ago and has been an incredible addition to our team. He oversees maintenance requests and also assists in training our new team members. Dedicated is one word everyone uses to describe Chris as he has not missed a single day of work since he started. We have to make him leave and go home if he is not feeling well. He has been employed in multiple industries over the years and his customer service is what has always set him apart. Our clients adore him and know that if they need anything done, he is the go-to guy!
Janell Hill – Office Manager
Janell joined our team 2 years ago and is the bright smile everyone sees when they walk through our office door. Most of her adult life was spent as a stay at home mom raising 4 boys and assisting in her husbands successful insurance company. She and her husband were COC clients for 7 years before she started working at COC. We depend on Janell for keeping us organized which is not always easy. She is in charge of scheduling, accounting and all of our day to day operation requirements. She enjoys hanging out with her amazing grandchildren and watching sports..especially teams from her previous hometown Kansas City.
